We strive to provide our guests with a safe and friendly experience.
These policies are considered as part of our agreement with you, as our guest will be agreeing to our entire policy.
Check-in and check-out times
You must comply with the check-in times established by us, however, if your property is ready you can check in early.
Check-in will be from 3 pm, and check-out will be until 11 am.
If you request a late check-out, it will be subject to availability and at a price of 50% of the daily rate.
If the property is not ready, we have a space where you can leave your luggage until you enter the property.
Check-in procedures
All guests must be accompanied by their identification document (citizen card, residence permit or passport).
Guests must be 18 years of age to check in, or if under age they must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that a deposit of €100 per person, in cash, may be requested at check-in, which will be refunded in full after checking the apartment.
Booking conditions
For reservations made directly with the hotel, you can choose:
- Non-Refundable Rate: full payment of the cost of the stay.
In case of cancellation, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
Changes to reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Any special requests must be requested in advance, not guaranteeing confirmation as they will be subject to availability, every effort will be made to meet them.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
